ANLSAMP Funding Opportunities
ANLSAMP has the following funding opportunities available:
URGENT ANLSAMP STUDENT PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:
Is seeking students pursuing degrees within Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) disciplines to develop professionally by providing reimbursement funds for full time students to participate in and/or attend conferences or workshops relating to STEM.

Funding Period: January 1, 2006 to September 30, 2006
ANLSAMP Student Research funding opportunity:
ANLSAMP is now providing assistance to students to off-set the cost of their education while offering them the opportunity to engage in research within their fields of study. Through mentorship and practical research, ANLSAMP continues to encourage success for American Indians in the STEM disciplines.
APPLICATION:
Application Deadline: Starting review January 14, 2006
Spring Semester applications will be closed January 30, 2006
Spring Quarter application will close March 1, 2006
Applications for Summer will be due April 25, 2006
Applicants are encouraged to submit proposals as soon as possible, funding is limited.
ANLSAMP is pleased to announce the availability of a $1000 grant to provide support to partner institutions for the creation or maintenance of a Student AISES Chapter at your school. If you do not have an active AISES Chapter at your college, the funds may be used to form an AISES Chapter.
