• Improve science, mathematics, engineering, and technology (STEM) including access to high quality, standards-based instruction and the curriculum, professional development and assessment systems to support that instruction.

• Increase student achievement in (STEM) as measured by higher scores on standards-based assessment, increasing enrollment in higher-level courses.

• Preparation of technologically competent workforce by strengthening the (STEM) and technology instructional capacities in K-12 schools.

• The enhancement of scientific understanding and appreciation among students and the general community of the Flathead Indian Reservation.

• The development of community infrastructure to provide resources to sustain educational improvements, including education policy and economic development, governmental commitment, resource allocation, community support, and involvement in the rural schools and districts.
